Stock is only useful if it can be lifted, cut and delivered quickly. Our Ahmedabad yard pairs more than 2,500 MT of storage with cranes, twelve cutting machines and our own delivery, so one supplier handles your steel from rack to gate.
01Heavy bars and long lengths move from truck to rack to saw bed under our overhead cranes. That keeps handling safe, protects the material and speeds up both loading and unloading.
02The bar is clamped, the blade feeds automatically and the cut repeats to the length you set. You get square, consistent pieces without manual re-measuring, so you spend less machining allowance on your side.
03A bank of band saws covers everything from small round bars to large forged shafts, seamless pipes and plates. With several machines running together, your order is cut in one pass of the yard rather than queued behind another.
04Cut material is loaded straight from the yard onto our trucks and delivered to your gate. Because bars arrive cut to length and marked by grade, they are ready to go on your machine.
